Good People Packaging

Does Good People have plans to bottle or can in the near future? After trying everything last night at the fest, I can't wait to have some of it at home. It was all fantastic!

I'm amazed how good their brews are, and I hope to be able to open them in my home some day soon.

...is their a reason they have not bottled yet?

Limitations on space and time, as I understand it. Jason's been expanding both his range and who he supplies (or wants to supply) and bottling is a completely different ballgame.

Both times I've asked Jason about this, it seemed to totally stress him out.

I honestly believe they could be a top brewery in the country if they would expand to bottling. Their stuff is that good.

Yeah, my "canned" (no pun intended) response is "Oh My God...you are stressing me out" when asked about packaging. It's really not too stressing and is something that is in the works.

Thanks for all the kind comments folks.

Y'all seriously rock this guy's beer world. I'm just glad to hear it's "in the works". Good luck, and please let us know if I can do anything (but purchase). I even tried to get y'all to hire me, but ya didn't need the work. I'm always here if that status changes, lol.

You really shouldn't keep it bottled up (the stress) and should let if out, if you can.

That my friend, would rock (if that's the plan)! I can see myself tailgating in Auburn with a can of GP Brown or Pale Ale.

definitely. curbside recycling in my neighborhood picks up aluminum, but not glass. i'm ready to go all-aluminum!

Yeah, it gets tiresome keeping up with all my bottles and then having to haul 4 to 5 cases of empty bottles downtown. Sure would be nice to just toss an empty in the recycle bin and carry it to the curb once a week.

impressive that you drive from pelham to the recyling center. i live in crestwood, and yet i still hate the 10 minute drive to the recyling center. i hate it more than making the bed. my girlfriend has to bribe me to get me to haul all of those bottles to the recycling center.

Your first sentence confuses and alarms me.

I agree with your second sentence.

My votes for first Good People beers to be bottled/canned? Mumbai Rye, followed by the Coffee Oatmeal Stout.
