I don't envy the workload your waitstaff will endure tomorrow and Friday.
..the tips, however, .that. I could handle.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we are going to price all our <6% beers at half off, but I think it would be irresponsible to do that with >6%. Plus we'd go out of business!

I expect American craft selections to grow in the coming months, but keep in mind it's a capacity issue with many of these guys. Expect to see some American craft beers to come into the market that you see in Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee within the next few months. Give 'em time and keep buying 'em. That's the only way to garner attention.

i really think you should reconsider the "only <6% half off" policy. it really doesn't make sense to separate the beers unless it's just based on price you have to pay to get the beer. from what i've seen though prices for many beers below and above 6% are about the same with a few exceptions. also, it might just be me, but it would also help if the j. clyde listed out their prices on the menu.

It's not just you. It's me too. I have been working to have a system in place to keep track of the prices of all these beers and provide more information for quite some time. These first few batches of new beers will be on a new menu. Please let me know what you think of the new format and the information it affords you.
