The Alabama Brewers Guild and the wholesalers worked together to forge an amendment to Senate Bill 126 that includes Alabama brewers and distillers. SB126 passed favorably out of the House Judiciary Committee this afternoon with favorable momentum toward final passage.

Thank you so much for speaking up! Your consumer voice, in support of all the parties that came together, helped effect a positive change for our locally owned, small business breweries and distilleries! When we all speak up and seek solutions together, this industry at all levels rises up to meet the challenges. This sort of teamwork strengthens this industry as a whole. We would sincerely like to thank the wholesalers for stepping up and helping to make sure this issue was resolved.
