Chews and Brews | A Beer Dinner

Swing by the Taproom as we welcome Chef Corrinne West for a special beer dinner – ‘Chews and Brews’.

This four-course dinner consists of dishes created with our own Cahaba Brewing Company beer. Each course is accompanied by a 4 oz pour of the beer used to create the dish.

Four-Course Dinner and Beer Pairings

– A Cahaba Oka Uba Cheddar Bisque topped with crushed pretzels.

– A delicious salad with mesclun greens, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, feta cheese, and dressed with a Cahaba Pale Ale Balsamic Vinaigrette.

– The main entree is an individual Beef Pot Pie made with the Cahaba Lager.

– Then we’ll close out dinner with a decadent Mocha Cake made with the Steel Cut City Oatmeal Stout.
