Olde Towne Pumkin Ale Release

For History Month, we will be releasing our Olde Towne Pumpkin Ale on Thursday October 1st! It’s a modified recipe from Olde Towne Brewing, and we have brewed it as a tribute to Olde Towne Brewery. They were founded in 2004, and were the first brewery in Huntsville since prohibition. Straight to Ale took over their space when they shut their brewery doors in 2011. This beer will be available on draft and in 6 packs.

About the beer: 5.5% ABV. Amber in color, light and refreshing taste. While brewing this batch, we mix in pumpkin mush into the mash tun.This adds to the flavor, sugar, color, and fun. Once the brew is complete we age it on homemade pumpkin pie spices until we are ready to transfer and carbonate.
